Date of Birth: 25th June 1978

Aftab was a popular child artiste and one of the many young actors in Mr India opposite Anil Kapoor. He returned to Bollywood as a lead actor in 1999 opposite Urmila Matondkar in Mast. Despite a diverse kitty of roles, fan following and positive reviews, Aftab is yet to have a hit film to his credit.

Aftab was rumoured to have dated Esha Deol, but there was no official confirmation from either party. He dated model Yana Gupta soon after her divorce.
