Javed Jaffri

Date of Birth: 4th December 1963

Javed Jaffri became instantly recognisable following a series of TV commercials he did for the Maggi brand of tomato ketchup. In cinema, he was first cast as a villain in 1985 in the film Meri Jung.

Javed's comic prowess was brought out when he began hosting shows on TV. A talented dancer, he also hosts a dance competition on TV.

Javed's film career is on the upswing after a slowdown and he was recently seen in the multi-starrer, Salaam-e-Ishq.
