Ameesha Patel

Amisha Patel had a dream debut opposite Hrithik Roshan in the 2000 smash hit Kaho Na Pyar Hai, which is still one of India's all time blockbusters. She followed up her commercial success with a critically acclaimed performance in a partition-themed film, Gadar Ek Prem Katha. But since then her career hasn't been on track, and even a much-hyped appearance in a new sexy avatar in 'Ta Ra Rum Pum' didn't do much for Ameesha.

The actress, who is a graduate from Tufts University, dated director Vikram Bhatt for many years. Her personal problems with her parents and brother were featured regularly in tabloids during this period. She later split from Vikram and began seeing businessman Kanav Puri. But this relationship didn't last either. In 2011, Ameesha started her own production house.
