One minute rundown: He's definitely the daddy, seeing as he has a reported $346 million in the bank - making him the wealthiest man in the hip hop business at the moment. He started as an intern at Uptown Records. Becoming Puff Daddy he signed a lot of names to his Bad Boy label, including Faith Evans, Dream and Carl Thomas.

He also produced for the likes of Usher, Lil Kim, Boyz II Men and Mariah Carey. In the mid 90's he produced his own reality TV show, ran in the New York Marathon and even started the controversial 'Vote or Die' campaign for the 2004 Presidential election. In 2005 he pulled the diva-esque stunt of changing his name to Diddy, unfortunately upsetting another bloke called Diddy in the UK, where P.Diddy can no longer use the name Diddy. Confused? Go with it. Diddy was later named one of the 100 Most Influential People of 2005 by Time magazine and his star-studded number one album in 2006 featured collaborations with Mary J. Blige, Big Boi, Brandy, Christina Aguilera and more.
