Ganesh Hegde

Ganesh is one of the leading lights of the Bollywood item number genre! This singer, choreographer, video director and performer first became popular with his choreography for ‘Lagaan’. He even choreographed pop superstar Michael Jackson’s concert in India. He is credited with creating the trend of item numbers which now seem to have become necessary in every film. Ganesh conceptualized ‘Mast Mahaul Me Jeene De’ performed by Sushmita Sen in ‘Fizaa’, ‘Babuji Zara Dheere Chalo’ performed by Yana Gupta in ‘Dum’ and ‘Khallas’ by Isha Koppikar in ‘Company’. Singing is also one of his talents and he released his debut album ‘G’ some time ago. He recently married stylist Sunayna Shetty.
