She made her T’town debut playing Harleen Kaur in ‘Love Aaj Kal’; her simple beauty was what led director Imtiaz Ali to choose her for the role, despite the fact that she doesn’t speak Hindi. Giselle caught Shah Rukh Khan’s eye in the movie and he immediately chose her for his production house’s next film ‘Always Kabhi Kabhi’. Giselle still doesn’t speak Hindi well but she’s sure getting all the right roles!
