A man who has witnessed the growth of Dubai, Radia believes success is all about “getting it right”.

Padma Coram started The Talent Brokers with her husband, Richard, 13 years ago. She has since brought the likes of Ravi Shankar, Luciano Pavarotti, Elton John and Shah Rukh Khan to the Middle East. From PR for MTV and Channel V to handling protocol for heads of state, Padma has done it all. Better still, The Talent Brokers donates 10 per cent of their income to charity.
