Shah Rukh's party for Hollywood stars
He stayed at the most expensive suite at Atlantis
After the grand launch of Atlantis The Palm, Dubai on November 20, there was a grand party hosted by Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri at their Atlantis Bridge Suite.
Incidentally, Shah Rukh Khan stayed at the most exclusive suite, leaving the Hollywood A-list celebrities.
Reportedly, his suite cost Rs.1.8 million (150,000 dirhams) a night. It is suspended between the resort's two towers, and was initially slated for talk show queen Oprah Winfrey but when she pulled out from the party, it went to King Khan.
At their party, Shah Rukh and Gauri played hosts to some of Hollywood's big names like Robert De Niro, Gerard Butler, Mischa Barton, Mary-Kate Olsen, Kylie Minogue, Charlize Theron, Lindsay Lohan, Wesley Snipes, tycoon Richard Branson and some of SRK's close friends from B-Town like Hrithik and Sussanne Roshan, Arjun and Mehr Rampal and Farhan Akhtar.
Shah Rukh is the owner of a 58 million-dirham Signature Villa on the Palm Jumeirah island in Dubai.
The party had over a hundred guests in attendance and it went on till 7.00 in the morning.
