Avon’s Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign

The health and well being of women has been a fundamental focus for Avon since 1992, when the first Avon breast cancer programme was launched in the United Kingdom.
Avon, Al Hathboor International UAE launched its breast cancer awareness campaign in 2000. Since then this campaign has grown in strength and volume.
By selling special “pink ribbon” products in the month of October, Avon has created awareness and support to help fight the disease.
Avon’s breast cancer bracelets, which will be sold throughout October, are priced at Dh15.
Avon UAE supports the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of the Emirates and Dr. Houriya Kazim, who is well known in the UAE for her commitment and dedication in creating awareness and doing extensive research work in this field.
