Kareena is missing her yoga
Her exercise routine has been disrupted by Ladakh weather
It is not the shoots which are keeping Kareena Kapoor away from yoga. It’s actually the weather.
Kareena is presently in Ladakh shooting for Rajkumar Hirani's “3 Idiots” with Madhavan and Aamir Khan. As it’s very cold up there, and the air is also thin, it has become almost impossible for Bebo to go through her yoga routine.
According to her yoga instructor Payal Gidwani an instructor normally travels with the actress when she flies around the world. In fact, the last time Kareena was in Ladakh to shoot for “Tashan” she had someone with her to practice, but she’s unable to do so this time.
Payal further says Kareena no longer weighs 49 kg, like she did during “Tashan”.
"I think Kareena looks her best right now. She is 53 kilos and doesn't need to put on or lose any weight,” says Payal.
Kareena apparently eats anything and everything now, but never misses her exercise.
