The event was attended by the entire lead cast except Kareena Kapoor, who could not attend as she is currently shooting in Ladakh for Raju Hirani's film.

The dynamic emcee Maarisha invited host Dhilin Mehta, actor Ajay Devgan and director Rohit Shetty on the dias who then revealed the first look of the film.

This was followed by promos of the film being shown to the press invitees. This included the number “Tha Karrle”. The song is one of the most expensive ones to be shot in Bollywood.

The film is produced by Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd. and stars Ajay Devgan, Kareena Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Amrita Arora, Shreyas Talpade, Celina Jaitley, Tusshar Kapoor and Anjana Sukhani.

The music of the film has been composed by Pritam and the Audio' Rights are with T-Series.

The film is slated to release during Diwali and will be distributed worldwide by The Indian Film Company.
