Esha denies reports of rift with Hijack co-star

Undeterred by the lukewarm response to “Honey Hai to Money Hai” and her earlier string of flops, Esha is now looking forward to her next release, “Hijack”.

“It is an interesting plot and I am very happy with the way the film has been shot,” said the actress during her recent trip to Dubai to perform a dance show with her mother Hema Malini and sister Ahana.

Some of the climax sequences for “Hijack” were shot at the flying club in Ras Al Khaimah, but Esha was not part of that schedule.

“I love the shopping, the food and the people in Dubai and would not miss any chance to come here. But I was not involved in those daring stunts. I play an air hostess in a red skirt, so I was not the one hanging from helicopters,” she said.

Esha laughed off reports about clashes with co-star Shiney Ahuja as baseless rumours. “Shiney is a good actor and has done a great job in this film. I am looking forward to doing another film with him,” she added for good measure.

After a break in the US, where she attended a ballet workshop, Esha has begun work on PVR Film’s “Exchange Offer” opposite Rahul Bose.
