Kate Moss, Heidi Klum and Co had made the brow skimming fringe the hair-do of the moment. But while the trend is nearly on its way out internationally, another Bolly celeb has decided to revive it in India. At a recent Gili event, Bips looked smoking hot in a black and grey number – but the buzz was really about that fringe. While the look suits her face, we like the Bips with big, wavy hair. And while we are at it babe, lose that shade of concealer and foundation.
