I've been reducing my intake of food and walking for 30 minutes a day for the past month, but am not losing weight. Where am I going wrong?
I think you need to look at the foods you're eating and the intensity of your walking. Wear a polar heart rate monitor whilst exercising, so you can put yourself into a fat-burning zone - 60 to 75 per cent of your heart rate. That way you can see if you're working in the correct heart rate zone specific to your goals.
