Shilpa Shukla will be seen as a hairstylist!

Shilpa Shukla or Bindiya of Chak De! India will be seen in a more sensuous and sleek role in the movie Mumbai Mast Kalandar.

Shilpa, who got rave reviews for her performance in Chak De, has now taken a break from hockey. Mumbai Mast Kalandar will see Shilpa as a hairstylist who goes out of her way to protect her salon from being mortgaged.

Shilpa, who is the only so-called senior actor in the film in the midst of debutants, is carrying forward the values she has learnt from Shah Rukh Khan.

She inspires the lot to perform and has proven to be quite an inspiration!

Apparently she is doing the film as it marks the debut of the second cameraman of Chak De! India - Anil Singh - as director of photography.
