Bachchan is shaving off his beard. What do you think - shave or not shave?

Bachchan never wore a beard when he was young. That's why whenever you think of the angry young man, a clean-shaven face comes to your mind. In fact, it's only over the last four years, since Khakee, that Bachchan has been wearing a beard.
He can sure do with a clean-shaven make-over now! Remember how stylish and hot Big B looked in Cheeni Kum? The same director is making Pa. (Check inset picture. Masala's! looking ahead to the new Big B.)

Bachchan's done plenty of action scenes earlier, but should he do them now? The same goes for his look. Definitely not a great idea, director Balki! It's all about age. Big B looked good clean-shaven when young but now the white beard has become a part of his persona.
Also, it helps to hide the saggy skin and double chin that comes with age. Bachchan might have to put on extra make-up and go in for some skin tucking if he wants to carry off the new look!

Big B can manage with any make-up. Take Chenni Kum , the ponytail. In his olden days, he was without beard. He looked sober in Kabhie-kabhie. Look does not matter for Big B, his fans prefer good and neat performance. That is enough.
