Q: What's the best time of the day to work out?
The morning is the best time to hit the gym, because your energy and alertness levels are at their peak. Around 6am is a great time to exercise, as outdoor temperatures are so much lower, and you will activate your metabolism early on - kick-starting amazing fat burning benefits for the remainder of the day.
