Arjun Rampal is the latest actor trying to cosy up to the new King Khan
Arjun Rampal is apparently trying to get close to Salman Khan which surely means that all is not well between him and former best buddy Shah Rukh! Our source dishes , “Arjun is apparently sending feelers to Salman since the two haven’t been that close earlier. He is very keen to be a part of Salman’s ‘Bigg Boss’ and has even called the star to make this request.”
Arjun has been trying his best to build a bond with Salman after his friendship with SRK went kaput. It all started from the time of ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ when he mentioned on a social networking site how excited he was to watch this film after seeing a preview. Salman has been very kind to listen to these friendly gestures! One hears that if any star wants to be a guest on Salman’s show, the organizers have made it a rule to give Sallu a call for his approval. Though Arjun claims he’s doing this to promote his film ‘Inkaar’ on the show, it goes without saying that the Shah Rukh chapter in his life is closed! Arjun and wife Mehr didn’t spend New Year’s in Dubai with their former friends Gauri and SRK either… With so many celebs rushing to join camp Salman lately, it really seems that maybe he is the new King Khan of Tinseltown? Perhaps SRK’s reign has finally come to an end.
