Shah Rukh Khan promotes ‘Joker’
However it seems Shirish Kunder isn’t impressed
Farah Khan proved that she is a dutiful wife who helps Shirish to promote his film ‘Joker’ in every way she can, since nobody from the cast is available to do so. The husband-wife duo was supposed to meet with Shah Rukh Khan for the same but Shirish dropped out at the last minute! This left only the diplomatic Farah to do so.
“It’s indeed curious that despite ‘Joker’ being his own film, Shirish gave more importance to his ego. He should have gone with Farah and not left it to her to salvage the situation on her own,” says a source. Farah masked the agenda of the meeting saying that it was to discuss her next venture ‘Happy New Year’. It was during the talks of this film with SRK that she deftly slipped in the promotions of ‘Joker’.
SRK must’ve been in a good mood because when Farah asked him if he wanted to see the three aliens, he agreed. She quickly made arrangement to have the three aliens sent to SRK’s residence, ‘Mannat’. The actor decided to shoot a small video clip with him having fun with the aliens, even though he had a shoot with Dabboo Ratnani at the same time. A happy Farah was later heard saying, “Shah Rukh is family and it was sweet of him to take some time out for ‘Joker’.” Now if only her husband would take some time out to promote the film himself!
