'Bigg Boss' to turn family friendly?
Salman Khan wants the show to tone down
For those who thrive on controversy and cheap publicity there is reason to fear because Salman Khan is here! The makers of the reality TV show 'Bigg Boss' and Salman have taken a decision to make the show more family friendly. With the show becoming increasingly vulgar, violent and controversial every season, Salman thought his association with show was a waste since a lot of his fans are children, who are not allowed to watch the show due to its content.
“The show has come under a lot of flak. It is aired at prime time, when the entire family sits down to dinner and TV but you can’t watch it with children! A huge chunk of Salman’s fans are children and they adore their hero. Salman has been associated with this show for three years now and he wants them to produce clean content so that people of all age groups can watch it together,” shares a source associated with the show.
Keeping Salman’s directive in mind, the 'Bigg Boss' house will now reportedly have contestants with a clean and family friendly reputation for this year’s season. So that means goodbye to the likes of Sunny Leone, Veena Malik and Rakhi Sawant. The question is: will people watch a reality show without politics, swear words, notorious contestants and volatile drama?
