Saif in trouble over Natalie Portman ‘joke’

A few days ago Saif Ali Khan announced that he would be collaborating on a project with Oscar winner Natalie Portman. Everyone wondered how the nawab had pulled off the coup but as it turns out it was one big fat joke!

Saif then admitted that he had joked with the media about doing a romantic film with Natalie Portman. In his defence, he said it was because he was frustrated and annoyed with all the media attention around his life. But now the joke has gone a tad too far. Reports say that representatives of the Hollywood star haven’t taken too kindly to the incident and have demanded an explanation about using Natalie’s name inappropriately.

It’s not just Natalie who is hopping mad at Saif. An irate media person says, “He certainly has a funny way of venting his frustration by taking the media for a ride! Spreading false information deliberately at a press conference must’ve been fun only for him. Saif should know that he is a public figure and if he doesn’t want to talk about his marriage plans and such, he can always say ‘no comment’. Making a false claim like doing a project with Natalie Portman has wasted a lot of people’s time and energy.”

Saif and his beloved Bebo Kapoor, have been taking the media for a ride as far as their wedding is concerned. So far, the wedding location has been changed to three different places in three different continents! While Saif says he is sorry for having misled the media, perhaps we can understand why Bebo doesn’t want to marry him; he is yet to grow up!
