‘Bol Bachchan' set to cross Rs 100 crores
This will be Ajay Devgn’s second film that has entered the coveted club!
Director Rohit Shetty and actor Ajay Devgn are on a high. Their film ‘Bol Bachchan’ looks all set to enter the coveted Rs 100 crore club. As per trade analyst Taran Adarsh, it's just a matter of time for the film to cross the Rs 100 crore mark. He tweets, "BolBachchan *Week 3* Mon Rs 91 lacs. Total: Rs 98.66 cr nett."
Though ‘Bol Bachchan's basic plot is not a direct copy of Hrishikesh Mukhjerjee's 'Gol Maal', it has borrowed elements from the earlier film. Incidentally, this is Rohit Shetty's second film after 'Singham' to enter the Rs 100 crore club. Rohit Shetty's track record as a filmmaker is very good. Almost all his films have met with commercial success.
Perhaps the happiest person will be Abhishek Bachchan who is seeing a hit film after a long time. This is also his first film that has made Rs 100 crores.
