Kaka's live-in partner wants his home

While Rajesh Khanna’s family are still grief stricken at his loss, Anita Advani, who apparently lived with him for years, sent his family a legal notice to prevent her eviction from their home, Aashirwad!

Advani claims that she lived with Khanna for nearly 10 years and was worried she would be ousted from the house after his demise. The most baffling part is, the notice was sent a day before Khanna’s demise! Khanna’s biological children, Twinkle and Rinke Khanna, from his wife Dimple Kapadia, were always wary of Advani’s presence in Rajesh’s life. Apparently, during the funeral, when she decided to travel in the vehicle carrying Rajesh’s body, his son-in-law Akshay Kumar stopped her, saying that it was for family members only. All throughout Rajesh’s illness, no one ever heard of Advani’s contribution in taking care of him. And she herself admits that he pushed her away during his last days, often, apparently, not recognising her…

A family source says, “What would you call this if not insensitivity? How can a person, who was supposedly ‘in love’ with the deceased be sending his family a legal notice while he was so ill! The fact that it happened a day before his demise could perhaps be an unfortunate coincidence, yet the act itself goes to prove that she was more interested in Rajesh’s house rather than him.”
