Madhuri Dixit’s doctor husband surprises everyone with his choice of hospital
Dr Sriram Nene, Madhuri Dixit’s husband, has shown that he is rightly a heart surgeon, what with his own big heart! Dr. Nene, preferring to keep a low profile, has apparently refused lucrative offers from the biggest hospitals in Mumbai in order to render his serves for a municipal hospital instead! The patients there are poor and needy and suffer from some challenging heart conditions.
A Madhuri source informs, “Ever since the Nene family has been down from America, everybody’s been wondering whether it was the need for money that they decided to shift base. With Madhuri signing everything under the sun and her husband playing secretary at times, further fuelled this rumour. But Dr. Nene’s move to refuse huge amounts of money from big hospitals shows that the family isn’t short on money. With Madhuri starting her own production house, Dr. Nene’s decision proves that he won’t be its head as was previously assumed.”
Dr. Nene’s reputation is of an extremely charming and warm person and his decision indicates that all that pleasantness is not an act! He’s genuinely a nice guy otherwise the lure of money, which can break the best of men, would have broken him too. No wonder Madhuri’s dil goes dhak dhak for him!
