The two get along well despite Randeep replacing Arunoday in 'Heroine'
One actor replacing another is no big news. It’s also a well-known fact that many friendships have gone awry when one star has been ousted from a film to make way for another. Which is why it comes as a surprise to know that Arunoday Singh and Randeep Hooda have risen above such differences to remain good friends!
A few months ago, Randeep Hooda had replaced ‘Yeh Saali Zindagi’ star Arunoday Singh in Madhur Bhandarkar’s upcoming ‘Heroine’. And now the two feature in Pooja Bhatt’s forthcoming thriller ‘Jism 2’ featuring Sunny Leone. But instead of any negative vibe, crew members say the two actually got along quite well.
Pooja Bhatt, the director of the film says, “The first time I met them for a narration, they shook hands and were pretty cool. The good part is neither of them is filmy and they both have a life of their own after pack up. I could sense the respect that they developed for each other’s work. They both have a different working style and were smart to understand that both of them had to shine for the film to shine. After pack up, we all spent many evenings together.”
Apparently, the trio – Pooja, Arunoday and Randeep would talk about everything under the sun and all of them had strong opinions. Arunoday would even read out some of his writings to his crew.
A refreshing change indeed in an ultra competitive industry!
