He fails to make it to Turkey for the 'Race 2' shoot. Is it because Bips was there too?

All eyes were on the unit of Race 2 that was shooting in Cyprus, for sparks to fly. The reason: John Abraham was supposed to fly there for a shooting stint while ex-girl Bipasha was present. (She is doing a cameo in the film.) But though Bipasha did her bit for Abbas-Mustan in Turkey and Cyprus, there was no sign of John!

A unit source insists that John and Bips were required for the schedule together but he did a no-show. “He only flew in once we were through with Bipasha’s cameo. But according to the earlier cast listing, he was supposed to be there at the same time.”

However Bipsha says, “John and I aren’t meant to face each other in Race 2. I had a scene with Saif, which is what I shot for. I don’t think John was required in Cyprus at that time. I still have one more stint to complete.”

This again goes against the news that was put out by the unit earlier. It went like – John and Bips were supposed to appear in quite a few scenes together. After which, they were supposed to next face each other for Sanjay Gupta’s Shootout At Wadala. But while Bips seems unfazed by the attention John it appears is doing everything to avoid her. After all, he also didn’t turn up at Karan Johar’s birthday bash since Bips was going!
