Ameesha denies rumours of rift with Sanjay
Is it an attempt to get back into the good books of the Dutts?
Ameesha Patel has few films on hand. And one of her closest friends who had stood by her professionally when she was going through a low was Sanjay Dutt and his wife Manyaata. That’s the reason the industry was shocked when it was reported that Sanjay and Ameesha had a fight over the latter’s ‘indecent’ dressing at Rohit Dhawan’s wedding in Goa. Apparently, the 52-year-old actor had touched her inappropriately and had commented on her dress which didn’t go down well with the actress.
Now, Ameesha has come on record to deny the incident altogether. "The relationship Sanjay, Manyaata and I share is too rock solid for anyone to destroy over a costume," she said. "I'm lucky to have someone like Sanjay who is so protective and caring. He has never misbehaved with me."
While Sanjay has himself maintained a silence on the entire episode, it looks like Ameesha is too keen to sort out the issue. Smart girl for she is making amends before it’s too late. After all, Sanjay is way more powerful than her in Bollywood!
