Well, if he can play a doctor in ‘Munnabhai,’ then he can play a scientist with confidence in his new movie, can’t he? His upcoming movie titled ‘Gehra Paani,’ which is to be directed by Nitish Roy (‘Fanaa,’ ‘Bride & Prejudice’) is about a mad scientist who creates a genetically evolved crocodile with intelligence.
The plot of the story gets interesting when the crocodile is sought by a gang of hunters who want to sell the unique reptile and get rich.
The producer of the movie Avik Bagchi who is himself new to the movie industry revealed that the shooting for the movie will begin soon in the thick forests of the Midnapore district in West Bengal. Interestingly, the special effects team is busy creating a 100 foot long crocodile which will appear in the movie. The producer also expressed that the movie was a way to make people aware of the illegal animal trade and also educate the public about the conservation of wildlife.
The film will have lots of stunts which will performed by Sanjay Dutt and Bipasha Basu. Apparently, the movie will be shot in Bengali as well and will star Mithun Chakraborty in the lead role.
