Salman's sister mocks SRK

The trouble between Bollywood superstars Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, which began with a fight at Katrina Kaif's birthday party in 2008, shows no signs of disappearing. While there's been no open hostility between them recently, now it seems like there's a fresh incident that might create a further divide.

Apparently, Salman's sister Alvira (who also produced his blockbuster 'Bodyguard' in August 2011) recently changed her BlackBerry messenger status to say 'Even a Superhero needs a Bodyguard!' This was, of course, a not-so-hidden reference to Shah Rukh's superhero film 'RA.One' which released in October 2011.

While 'RA.One' got mixed reviews, it has managed to take in Rs 170 crores at the box office. But Shah Rukh's movie's opening day collections (Rs.18 crores) were not a match for Salman's 'Bodyguard' (Rs. 22 crores).

Sources in the industry are speculating that Alvira might have simply been highlighting this difference, and she's also being defended by those loyal to Salman - they're saying that she's entitled to her opinion about SRK's movie.

Supposedly, Alvira would not have put the message that she did unless Salman knew about it. Which would mean that Sallu was fine with the dig at Shah Rukh. And the argument between the two Khans continues.

Earlier, filmmaker Shirish Kunder, who's Farah Khan's husband and used to be good friends with Shah Rukh Khan, had also mocked 'RA.One'. "The super hero in RA.One has all the powers in the world but to entertain. I just heard a 150 Cr firework fizzle," Shirish posted on his Twitter page soon after the movie released on November 26.

He'd added, "Ironically #StepsToSurviveAHorrorMovie is trending today!"
