The Winners’ Circle

Actor and comedian Vir Das hosted an exuberant evening that brimmed over with laughter, fine bubbly and an awe-inspiring performance by grammy-award nominee, Melanie Fiona. All the gentlemen turned up in their best suits and had obviously practised their Zoolander looks in the mirror. Sid Mallya, who was given the Most Stylish Man award had his blue steel look down to a tee while the eternal pouter of B’wood, a sharply outfitted K Jo, had his smoldering, James Bond expression on!

The star of the evening was the dashing Shah Rukh Khan who showed up fashionably late with his gorgeous wife, Gauri; both were dressed to impress and spent the entire evening hobnobbing! Deepika and Anushka were in glamour overdrive while pretty Freida Pinto was humble as ever when she accepted the Woman Of The Year award. The ultimate hotties of the night were Prateik and his new ‘girlfriend’, Amy Jackson. They sure made heads turn and how! The after-party saw the city’s crème de la crème grooving to the beats of DJ duo Kamuki at China House into the wee hours of the morning. With so much excitement, eye candy and talent this year, we can’t wait for the 2012 awards!
