Tarun Tahiliani @India Bridal Week

Tarun Tahiliani’s collection at India Bridal Week was elegance at its best. The shimmery bronze gowns, saris and lehengas had the effect of a stylish mirage - surreal in how gorgeous they were.

Tarun used the traditional browns and reds with gold motifs, paisley and floral designs. The collection also had shades of pink, beige, off white and the time honoured combination of green and maroon. We loved the waist belts worn around the saris that gave a delicate look to the outfits on the whole.

The menswear collection had models donning large turbans, dhoti pants, churidars, velvet vests and sherwani jackets.

Though traditional, Tarun Tahiliani’s collection was far from conventional. Aristocratic all the way, it was the perfect finale for India Bridal Week.
