Get pool-happy with the Fitness First Swimming Academy

If, like us, you love your pool time, then you're going to want to know about the launch of the Fitness First Swimming Academy powered by Desert Sport Services.

Fitness First's latest programme includes four stages of learning - Beginners, Learn to Swim, the Stroke Development and Competitive Squads. There are also bonding classes for parents and toddlers.

Free registration is being offered to members and well as non-members until September 30. Once you register, you will be assessed to determine your level of familiarity with the sport by qualified instructors who will then allocate groups. After that, it's swim fun time!

You can register online for membership to the Fitness First Swimming Academy at www.desertsportservices.com, starting Septembert 25. Courses are scheduled to start from October 1.
