Sophie Choudry doesn't need anything toxic like smoking to get a high, she'd rather get intoxicated by music and dance.

On World No Tobacco Day (May 31), Sophie posted on her Twitter page,"I'm also anti-drugs and not much of a drinker! Sounds boring but I get my highs from healthier alternatives; music, dance, and...more."

The actress/host is also a trained singer and dancer.
