"We are thrilled to be at the Masala! Awards"

The super-talented Vyas Brothers - Sandeep and Sanjeev - will be performing at the Masala! Awards on December 17 at Atlantis, The Palm, and we're looking forward to a fantastic musical set from them. Sandeep's got a cool repertoire that ranges from Bollywood songs to Bhangra and golden oldies, while Sanjeev, who is also a DJ, brings a superb energy on stage, particularly during his 'jugalbandis' with his brother. We got chatting with the brothers and here's what they got sharing.  

When you were asked to perform at the Masala! awards what was your reaction?
We were thrilled! It's really exciting to perform at the Masala! Awards as this is one of the most prestigious annual events in Dubai. It’s an ideal platform to showcase our act in front of Bollywood celebs and the who’s who of Dubai.

What do you plan to perform at the awards?
Our repeortiore wil extend from Bollywood to rock & retro songs.Our first set is for 20 minutes where Sandeep will begin the show with the hit song Mit Jaaye from the Movie-Kidnap. He has written, sung and composed this song. He is also singing songs from Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Hrithik Roshan and Malaika Arora Khan's films.

What are you going to wear at the Awards?
We are planning on wearing our tuxedos for the first set as it is an awards night. For the after party it will be chic Indo-Western designer outfits from Anamika Khanna and Ratul Sood.
