Holistic workshop

The scientist-turned-spiritual teacher's two-day workshop will be held at Richmond Hotel Apartments, Bur Dubai, on May 9 and 10.

Nirmal is an electronics engineer with a postgraduate degree in cybernetics. He is a certified counsellor and human trainer and has done extensive research in the areas of stress management, intuition development, breathing and meditation techniques and is an expert in reading aura and chakras with naked eyes. His own spiritual search led him to famous Indian mystics and spiritual gurus, from whom he learnt powerful ancient breathing, meditation and holistic healing techniques.

His workshop includes breathing kriyas and mudras, yoga postures, guided meditation, visual presentations using the latest methods of aura screening and discussions on topics such as secrets of eternal health and vitality, prosperity and money management, understanding the primordial energy, mastery over emotions, balancing relationships, eliminating negativity and depression and the art of joyful living. A special feature is a multimedia presentation on aura, chakras, meditation, astral travel, cosmic energy and scientific spirituality.
