Who'll play Lalit Modi?
SRK's refused the ex IPL commissioner's part in a movie, who's in the running now?
Ever thought Shah Rukh Khan resembled Lalit Modi? SRK certainly wasn't in the mood to find out. It seems he's refused to to play Modi's part in a movie about the former IPL commissoner's life. We don't know if it's because of the IPL controversy that's still unfolding, or because SRK hung out with Modi during the IPL this year as well as in previous years. Either way - SRK's answer was no.
This despite the fact that Lalit Modi is said to have personally asked Shah Rukh to take on the role. The reason the star gave for refusing was that he was very busy with own home production, the sci-fi movie 'Ra.One'.
So now that SRK is out of the picture, the producers are on the lookout for a new hero. It seems Ajay Devgn and Irrfan Khan have been approached.
