Kunal Kapoor loves to work-out the old fashioned way - by getting up early. He says, "I love working out in the mornings. I stay energetic all day and best of all, I don't have to think about exercise once I am at work." He can often be seen doing his stretching exercise in his building's garden as he awaits his kickboxing instructor. Wonder if there are any flats to let in that building - one with a view of the garden.
