Katrina wants to adopt a baby leopard
‘Catreena’ is currently in a zoo
A baby leopard, rescued by Van Vihar national park workers from a village near Bhopal last month, could be adopted by Katrina Kaif.
The actress’ assistant approached the concerned officials with the query a couple of days back.
It’s said the villagers named the cub Katrina as they felt it was “beautiful and silky like Katrina Kaif”.
A Van Vihar official, however, has clarified that the one-month-old cub’s name is spelt as Catreena and not Katrina.
The leopard is currently living in their zoo. To adopt it, Katrina is required to pay Rs 50,000 annually and complete some paperwork.
