Pankaj Kapur’s ‘Mausam’ hits rough weather?
Shahid starrer said to be facing problems
We are all looking forward to super talented actor Pankaj Kapur’s directorial debut venture “Mausam”, starring son Shahid Kapoor in the lead as an air force pilot.
However, reports indicate that the film is plagued with troubles, and may not take off.
According to insider sources, several issues have cropped up in just the pre-production stage. It’s been alleged that Pankaj and Shahid have demanded exorbitant fees for the film with Shahid asking for Rs.15 crore.
Apparently, there are other financial matters that have not been settled as yet.
Also, there was news that Shatrughan Sinha’s daughter Sonakshi will star opposite Shahid. But sources close to her have revealed that nothing is finalised from her end and she has still not given her confirmation.
That leaves the project nowhere close to hitting the floors. The shooting of the film was scheduled to begin sometime soon.
