Rajesh Khanna gives sister-in-law’s prayer meet a miss
Friends and family left surprised
Rajesh Khanna was conspicuously missing from Simple Kapadia’s prayer meeting, held on November 13 at the Jalaram Bapa Hall in Juhu.
Simple was not just his wife Dimple Kapadia’s younger sister but he was also her co-star in her debut film “Anurodh”.
While most of the industry people close to the Kapadias came for the condolence meeting, Rajesh Khanna’s absence raised quite a few eyebrows.
Even though Rajesh Khanna and Dimple have been separated for years, they have stood by each other in times of need. So Khanna’s absence came as a surprise to his friends and relatives.
However, Dimple’s boyfriend Sunny Deol and son-in-law Akshay Kumar were by her side during her grieving moments.
