My enemy’s enemy is my friend

Mushtaq Shiekh, Shah Rukh Khan's close friend of many years, has now moved on to his arch rival Slaman Khan. And, this new friendship not going unnoticed.

Mushtaq was part of Salman's Being Human team at the charity football match for Salman Khan Foundation on Aug 15 and was seen mingling with Sallu’s family, just like he use to hang out with SRK’s clan. On another day, Mushtaq was also seen having dinner with Salman.

If rumours are to be believed, Mushtaq is convincing Salman to allow him to write a book on him as well as a film for him.


Mushtaq Shiekh, a former film journalist, was a part of SRK’s inner circle for many years. In fact, he even co-wrote the screenplay of Farah Khan’s “Om Shanti Om” and has written two books on Shah Rukh – ‘Still Reading Khan” and “Shah Rukh Can”.

Apparently Shah Rukh and Mushtaq have had a fallout and now Mushtaq is not even allowed entry into SRK’s home Mannat. This indeed is ironical considering Shah Rukh made a guest appearance in Zoya Akhtar’s “Luck By Chance” with Mushtaq by his side and in the scene he speaks about old friends and how they are for keeps.
