Madhur to reveal truth about film awards?
His next film said to be starring Priyanka
We mock them, love them, hate them but still wait for them each year as they not only get the entire film fraternity together, but also honour the best work of the previous year, though sometimes controversially. Yes, we are talking about the annual awards functions, and now a feature film will be made on them soon.
According to the buzz, after “Jail” releases in October, Madhur Bhandarkar will begin work on his next film which will be based on awards functions in Bollywood.
As Bhandarkar likes to get as real as possible, he will reportedly be looking at the spicy side of these events along with all that glitters. So we can expect all the behind-the-scenes action, the scandals and the corruption that the awards functions are often accused of.
It is being said that Priyanka Chopra will play the lead role in this film and Percept Pictures will produce it.
